Over three days, immerse yourself in the fundamentals of scuba diving, including dive theory, equipment handling, and underwater communication, all in the stunning and safe waters of Koh Tao.
Progress through practical diving skills in our controlled pool sessions, ensuring comfort and confidence under water. Then, experience the thrill of four open water dives in Koh Tao's crystal-clear seas, applying your skills amidst vibrant marine life.
Completing this course awards you the globally recognized RAID Open Water Diver certification, opening up a world of diving opportunities.
- Day 0: 4-5pm Orientation
- Day 1: 8-10am Academics / 10-11.30 Lunch / 12-4pm Confined Water / 4.30pm Debrief
- Day 2: 9-10.30am Final Exam / 10.30-11.30 Lunch / 12-5pm Dives 1 & 2
- Day 3: 6-11am Dives 3 & 4 / 11.30 Certification

The minimum age for participation is 10 years old for the Junior Open Water Diver and 15 years for the standard Open Water Diver course.
No prior experience is required. The course is designed for beginners and covers all the basics of scuba diving.
Upon successful completion, you'll receive the RAID Open Water Diver certification, recognized worldwide and allowing you to dive up to 18 meters.

Sea Urchins: These spiky creatures are common on rocky surfaces. Accidentally stepping on a sea urchin can result in painful stings. It's advisable to watch your step, wear sturdy dive boots, and be cautious when navigating rocky areas.
Scorpionfish and Stonefish: These camouflaged fish can deliver venomous spines if stepped on or touched. Careful finning techniques and avoiding contact with the seabed can reduce the risk of encountering these creatures.
